No certificate preferences created when running certaid

• I ran the CertAid tool, choosing the option to "Update my identity prefernces", but at the end of the process, I get an error: No Certificate Preferences Were Created.

• CertAid
• Trying to get certificates to work in Safari

Answer

Most likely, this means that no certificates are present.

• Re-Run the CertAid tool at https://ist-mit-edu.ezproxy.canberra.edu.au/certaid/win/recommended, and choose the option to Request or renew a certificate
